Question: 

The RFP talks about doing a Development Plan as part of the RFP. How far through the Development Plan process should we be before February 9th?

Answer: 

You should have a plan, but are not required to go through the Planning Department’s formal Development Plan process until the project is awarded.

Question:

Can you clarify the award process? I understand the submittal deadline is February 9, 2017, is there a defined process to review and award the RFP?

Answer:

All submissions will be reviewed by the 7-member Housing Supply Board and Housing Director. A recommendation will be provided to the Town Council by the Housing Director on or before February 26, 2018. The Town Council will award the RFP on or before March 12, 2018.


Question:

When and where is the pre-app meeting?

Answer:

The information meeting is scheduled for December 4 at 320 S. King Street at 1pm.

Is the pre-app meeting mandatory?

Answer:

No, it is not mandatory. There will be a call-in option for those unable to attend in person.
