Teton County Access to Justice is our local legal resource center whose services include self-help legal resources, assistance with do-it-yourself legal forms, free seminars, referrals and certain legal services for income eligible parties within priorities allowable by statue.

Equal Justice Wyoming (formerly Wyoming Center for Legal Aid)

Equal Justice Wyoming is a state funded civil legal services program working with Wyoming legal aid providers and community organizations to help people with limited income find help for their legal problems. Access the Equal Justice forms library.

Legal Aid of Wyoming

Legal Aid of Wyoming Inc. is a federally funded, non-profit law firm that provides legal assistance to low income individuals across the state of Wyoming. Legal Aid can only provide services in those cases where the civil action is brought in Wyoming courts. An application is required to determine eligibility.

University of Wyoming Civil Legal Services Clinic

The Legal Clinic provides civil legal services for those who meet financial qualifications for services. Typical case types include divorce, child custody, and minor property disputes. Please contact the clinic for additional information.

Wyoming Free Legal Answers

Qualifying individuals can submit legal question into the online portal for volunteer lawyers to answer (non-criminal questions only). Visit the website to learn more or submit a question.

Wyoming Supreme Court

The Wyoming Supreme Court website includes access to the WY Supreme Court Rules and WY Supreme Court self help forms along with additional information about the WY Supreme Court.
