This partnership with BlueLine Development and Snow King Partners will result in 48 Affordable Rental units serving households earning 30-60% of median family income. If the project receives Low Income Housing Tax Credits (award announcement is in January 2022), the Town of Jackson will contribute the land (appraised value $5,000,000) via a long-term Ground Lease and $1,000,000 to the development. The Town has also applied for $1,250,000 CDBG funding that if awarded will be contributed to the project. 

CDBG Funding: Application due September 30, 2021. Awards announcement has been delayed. 

LIHTC Funding: Application due October 31, 2021. Project received highest score and approval for funding, February 24, 2022. Read the JH News & Guide article about this award.

Anticipated Groundbreaking: Fall 2022

Total Units: 48 rental apartments

Affordability: Affordable Rental <60% median income

Public Investment Per Unit: $125,000/unit
