Households planning to participate in the Jackson Teton County Affordable Housing (JTCAH) lottery process are required to complete the Homebuyer Education Course before entering the lottery. Once you receive your Certificate of Completion for the course it is good indefinitely. If you can show that you have owned a home within the last three years, you are not required to take the course.
