All liens against personal property such as motor vehicles, household goods, agriculture products, etc. are filed with the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filings. Liens against motor vehicles must be placed on the title in order to be perfected. Non-titled collateral must be filed with the Wyoming Secretary of State's Office.  All liens are a matter of public record. Lien searches can be requested by fax at 307-739-8634 or mail at P.O.
