[ARCHIVED] NEW ONLINE APPLICATION SUBMITTAL PROCESS

Starting in January, Teton County is going live with our new integrated software system, SmartGov! What this means is that in order to submit applications to the Planning and Building Office, you will be required to set up a Portal Account through the link below and submit your applications digitally through the online portal.

**Building Permits will be available to submit but still will require a scheduled Take-in Appointment. **

Once you have successfully submitted your permit application through the portal, the Planning and Building Team will review its sufficiency. Fees can be paid online or in-person at the office. Building Permit fees will be sent to the applicant after the sufficiency review.

For step by step instructions on using the SmartGov portal, click here! If you have any questions, please reach out to the Planning and Building office and we will do our best to assist you through this technological transition.
