The Parks and Recreation Team is looking for someone who is collaborative, positive, and team-oriented with the ability to motivate and support employees in a fast-paced and exciting environment!
Position Summary
This position plans, schedules, manages, and supervises the operations of the recreation center; oversees and coordinates facility use and schedule, and manages and develops outside contracts, vendors and project budgets; supervises center staff and performs a variety of administrative and budget functions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Recreation Management or Leisure Services or related field and five years related experience in recreation, leisure, and facility management, including two years supervisory responsibility; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Aquatic Facilities Operator Certificate (AFO)
