Ideal candidate is a team player who is detail-oriented with excellent written/verbal communications skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask. To qualify, must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Planning or related field; and two years of experience in planning and community development programs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for property owners, developers, and the public to accurately process and review development applications.
- Reviews and process planning, building, and grading applications for compliance with County LDRs and the Comprehensive Plan.
