The ideal candidate is a team player, detail-oriented, has a positive attitude, and excellent communications skills. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban/Regional Planning or related field; and two years of experience in planning and community development programs. AICP preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assists with updating and implementing Comprehensive & Growth Management Plans.
- Prepares concise staff reports for Board of County Commissioners, media, and the public.
- Provides information on planning and development regulations and procedures.
- Coordinates with County and Town departments and public agencies on special projects.
Hiring range is $27.34 - $28.73/hr.
