Aquatics Operations Supervisor
Performs administrative and supervisory functions involved in the
operations of the public pool and aquatic recreation programs. Responsibilities include hiring, training,
and scheduling of assigned staff; overseeing the daily operations; and direct
and participate in the preventative maintenance and repair of aquatics
equipment, such as pumps filters, chemicals, and electrical systems. Conduct trainings in safety, CPR, in-services,
and lifeguard certification.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation or related
field; CPR/First Aid/AED, LGI, CPO, and three years demonstrated supervisory/administrative
experience. Hiring range: $20.90/hour to
