Health and Welfare Benefits Consulting Services  

Teton County is seeking a benefits, actuarial consulting firm with day-to-day benefits customer service capabilities to assist county staff and administration with strategic planning, plan management, vendor renewals and procurement, financial management and budgeting, compliance, and benefit delivery for our health & wellness benefit program provided to active employees and their eligible dependents.  

Sealed proposals must be received no later than 4:00pm MST, on May 16, 2012 to be considered.

The administrative office is responsible to the Board for all aspects of internal operations, such as grant writing, human resource, calendaring, contract management; coordination of finances; and directing internal policies.

Agency Services
County Government
County governments are political subdivisions of the State of Wyoming. Powers and duties of the county and that of the Board of County Commissioners are authorized in Title 18 of the Wyoming Statutes.

The Teton County Board of County Commissioners (the Board) comprises 5 elected officials whose primary responsibilities include setting policy regarding:

  • Annual budget for revenues and expenditures, as well as other fiscal policies;

  • Public health and safety; and

  • Land use
