MATTERS FROM COMMISSION AND STAFF
1. Resolution honoring Conan Beesley’s 30 years of service to Teton County.
2. Consideration of the Formation Order for the Melody Ranch Improvement Service District
3. Consideration of grant agreements for the Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant project.
4. Consideration of TANF Contract between the Wyoming Department of Family Services and Teton County.
5. Consideration of data contract with Silver Star for use in the Public Health Mobile Response Vehicle.
6. MFS2012-0017 - STAFF REPORT- Jennifer Anderson - Consideration of revising condition of Variance approval
(VAR2012-0002), which lessened the rear setback at Lot 54, Jackson Hole Ski Corp. The request if approved would
eliminate the word "eave" in the following approved condition: "1. No architectural projections such as chimneys,
eaves, outside stairs, uncovered balconies, uncovered decks or uncovered porches shall be permitted to extend
beyond the rear setback of 17 feet approved by this Variance."

||Amend the Text of the Land Development Regulations, pursuant to Section 5150, Amendments to the Text of These Land Development Regulations or the Official Zoning District Map, to allow Reception/Event Sites as a Conditional Use in the Rural zoning district, amend the Definitions for Use Schedule to add Reception/Event Sites as a permitted use, add review standards for Reception/Events Sites, and add dimensional standards for Reception/Event Sites. The following regulations are pertinent to the amendment: Table 2200, Use Table; Section 2220, Definitions for Use Schedule; Division 2300, Review Standards Applicable to Particular Uses; and Table 2400, Schedule of Dimensional Limitations. Other sections of the Land Development Regulations may be amended for consistency.
||The amendment would apply countywide in the Rural zoning district.
