                        Regulations to construct and 80-foot monopole tower for a telecommunication site at the
                        Moose-Wilson Road Fire Station.

                        Development Regulations, to construct an 80-foot monopole tower for a 
                        telecommunication site where a maximum height of 30 feet is allowed and a setback

    Location:      2505 N. Moose-Wilson Road (Lot 11, The Willows of Teton Pines). Located at the
                        Moose-Wilson Road Fire Station, directly north of the Bar J Chuckwagon and directly
                        south of Teton Pines (S14, T41N, R117W). The property is zoned Neighborhood-
                        Conservation-Planned Unit Development with no overlay.

    Request:       Final Plat approval, pursuant to Division 6100, Final Plat, of the Teton County Land
                        Development Regulations, to vacate a 10-foot portion of the 40-foot Willow Lane road
                        easement across Lot 3, Willow Flats Subdivision, resulting in a 30-foot wide easement.
   Location:        1855 N. Willow Lane (Lot 3, Willow Flats Subdivision). Located on Nethercott Lane,
                        approximately 3/4 mile from Highway 390 (S23 T41N R117W). The property is zoned
                        Neighborhood Conservation-Single Family with no overlay.
