CALL TO ORDER

MATTERS FROM COMMISSION AND STAFF

 

1.  Authorize Payment of the February 18, 2013 Vouchers

 

2.  Consideration of a Grant Application to the Wyoming Business Council for the benefit of Adams Canyon
     Sewer Project.  This item was initially heard on February 19th, the Commission plans to take a vote on
     this item on February 25, 2013.

 

The Chair may add the following to today's agenda:  This has been postponed to a later date.

    An Executive Session at 2:15 p.m. pursuant to Wyoming Statute 16-4-405(a)(iii) to consider
     possibly three separate matters concerning proposed or pending litigation to which the governing
     body may be a party.  After the executive session adjourns, the Board may take action pertaining
     to the subject of the executive session.
