County GovernmentCounty governments are political subdivisions of the State of Wyoming. Powers and duties of the county and that of the Board of County Commissioners are authorized in Title 18 of the Wyoming Statutes.
The Teton County Board of County Commissioners (the Board) comprises 5 elected officials whose primary responsibilities include setting policy regarding:
- Annual budget for revenues and expenditures, as well as other fiscal policies;
- Public health and safety; and
- Land use
