Teton County Wyoming

County Clerk

Mission Statement
The County Clerk`s Office is mandated by the Wyoming State Legislature to provide a variety of services to the citizens of Teton County. Our goal is to provide these services in the most efficient, cost-effective manner possible.

By statute, elections can occur in Teton County on three principal dates each year. These include the months of May, August, and November.

During even numbered years, both an August Primary Election and a November General Election are held. These are considered "Federal" election dates as candidates for United States Representative appear on these ballots.

Odd numbered year elections are generally held at the request of the Board of Commissioners by resolution.

The 2016 PRIMARY ELECTION will be held on Tuesday, August 16th, 2016.
Absentee voting will begin on Friday, July 1st, 2016.

The 2016 GENERAL ELECTION will be held on Tuesday, November 8th, 2016.
Absentee voting will begin on Friday, September 23rd, 2016.
