Clerk of District Court

This office is court ordered to collect and disburse child support payments. The statutory child support guidelines are as follows: WSS Sections 20-2-301 through 20-2-315. This includes the abatement statute which is 20-2-305, allowing a non-custodial parent to claim an abatement of support within 30 days of the end of their visitation period. A $10.00 fee is required at the time the claim is made.

Child Support is to be paid either in person at the Clerk of Court`s office at the corner of King and Simpson, 180 South King Street, Jackson, Wyoming, 83001 - top floor, or it may be mailed to our mailbox at P.O. Box 4460, Jackson, WY, 83001. Please make sure that your name is clearly written on the check. Payments can be made in cash, check, money order or certified check, unless court documents require cash or certified check or money order only.
