Waste Diversion Rate for Jackson Hole Reaches 44%
3/4/2010 - Due to continued efforts to dispose of our waste responsibly, Teton County’s waste diversion has reached an astounding 44%. The waste diversion, or recycling rate, is the percentage of the total solid waste generated in Teton County that is not shipped to the Sublette County landfill. |

Ice Rink Closures
Grounds in Jackson, Owen-Bircher Park in Wilson and at the Alta Park Outdoor ice rinks closed for season.
Due to warm temperatures and strong afternoon sunshine causing the ice surfaces to deteriorate the Teton County/Jackson Parks and Recreation Department announces the closure for the season of its outdoor ice rinks.
