Current Development

A New Affordable Neighborhood

Located at 250 Scott Lane, The Grove is our 8th Affordable Housing neighborhood. Originally approved as a market rate development, JTCAH has made adjustments to the design to be more cost effective to build and accommodate qualified households.

The Grove includes a three story mixed-use building fronting Scott Lane with commercial on the first level and two levels of residential above which contain 20 affordable rental units.

The rest of the "T" shaped property is lined with 12 four-plex buildings intended to be Affordable ownership units.

After competitive bid processes, JTCAH hired an experienced, all local design team for Phase 1.

The Grove Design Team:

  • Chet Lockard, AIA (Project Guide Services), Owner's Rep
  • Stephen Dynia and Lisa Carranza, Architects (Stephen Dynia Architects, P.C.)
  • Robert Infanger and Pat Ehrman, Landscape Architects (Pierson Land Works, LLC.)
  • Aaron Japel, Civil Engineer (Jorgensen Associates, P.C.)
