Housing Regulations

The Housing Departments role is to assist the Board of County Commissioners with implementing the Jackson/Teton County Comprehensive Plan and the Housing Standards in the Land Development Regulations. We review development applications and provide comments to both the Town of Jackson and The County Planning Departments pertaining to how the application lines up with the Land Development Regulations and Jackson Teton County Affordable Housing Guidelines. We also help developers navigate the Land Development Regulations and find solutions to their housing mitigation plan. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns.
