TCHA has done away with their old five page application. Now all that is required to be entered in the lottery for a home is a one page Lottery Entry Sheet. Just complete the Lottery Entry Sheet and submit it to TCHA before the advertised deadline for the available home you are interested in, and you will be entered in the lottery.

If you are drawn first in the lottery, you will then need to submit more paperwork (Copy of Loan Application, Tax Returns, W-2s, Lender's Qualification Worksheet, Credit Report, and Employer's Affidavit along with two signature pages).
