Circuit Court

Pursuant to rules promulgated by the Wyoming Supreme Court, there is a fee of $10 for each name submitted for a record check.

Rule 3.(d). Fee for Records Check.

"The fee for checking Circuit Court ... records shall be ten dollars ($10.00). All requests for record check shall be submitted in writing by the applicant. ... Response to the request for records check shall be made by the Circuit Court ... in writing within two (2) days after the written request is submitted to the court. Payment of the $10.00 fee for each record check shall be made in cash, check or money order, payable to Teton County Circuit Court."
