  Request: Final Development Plan approval, pursuant to Section 51200, Residential and Nonresidential Development Plans, and a Conditional Use Permit, pursuant to Section 5140, Conditional and Special Uses, of the Teton County Land Development Regulations, to change the operational characteristics of the Snake River KOA campground, specifically to add 18 Recreational Park Trailers (RPTs) to be located on the site year-round and rented for visitor use on a short-term basis.
  Location:  9705 S. Highway 89. Located approximately one mile north of Hoback Junction across from Horse Creek (S14, T39N, R116W).  The property is zoned Business Conservation and is within the Natural Resources Overlay.
