  Request: Variance, pursuant to Section 5160, Variances, of the Teton County Land Development Regulations, to allow disturbance of slopes greater than 30% in the NC zoning district in order to construct a single-family residence.
  Location: 2085 N Spirit Dance Rd (Lot 1, Elk Dance Estates). Located approximately 2 miles north of the intersection of US Highway 22 and Spring Gulch County Road 22-4 (S16 T41N R116W). The property is zoned Neighborhood Conservation-Planned Unit Development and is in the Natural Resources Overlay and the Scenic Resources Overlay.

  Request: Amend the Text of the Fire Code Resolution and Fire Protection Resolution for New Subdivisions and the map of the Wildland Urban Interface, pursuant to Section 5150, Amendments to the Text of These Land Development Regulations or the Official Zoning District Map, to reflect adoption of the 2012 International Fire Code by the State of Wyoming, clarify portions of the Fire Protection Resolution for New Subdivisions and include the Bar BC and Shadow Mountain areas in the Wildland Urban Interface.
  Location:  The amendment would apply countywide.
