Request:

Final Development Plan approval, pursuant to Section 8.3.2 of the Teton County Land Development Regulations, to permit 12 attached single family units as 6 duplexes, a new onsite septic system, and a new water treatment and distribution system.

 

Location:

9800 S. Highway 89, formerly the Teton Mystery/Horse Creek Station. Generally located 1.3 miles north of Hoback Junction at the intersection with Horse Creek Rd (T39, R116, S14). The property is zoned Business Conservation and is entirely within the Natural Resources Overlay.

Request:

Amend various sections of the Teton Village Expansion Resort Master Plan (Area 2) pursuant to Section 8.7.3, Planned Unit Development (PUD) of the Teton County Land Development Regulations. There are 26 amendments proposed to the Master Plan including, but not limited to allowing flexibility in the timing and provision of employee and affordable housing, transferring density from the residential South to the Village Core, specifying a location for a fire station, all single family homes to have an accessory residential unit, revision of sidewalk design standards, and cleaning up/clarifying exactions, conflicts with the LDRs, and other inconsistencies and errors. Please contact Teton County Planning Department for a complete list of amendments.

 

Location:

This amendment applies to all areas of the Teton Village Expansion Resort Master Plan (Area 2). The properties are zoned Planned Unit Development-Planned Resort and are within the Scenic Resources Overlay.
