Immunization Fee Schedule

Adult Immunizations

Hepatitis A (2-dose series) @ $40/dose

Hepatitis B (3-dose series) @ $35/dose

Twinrix (combination of Hep A & HepB) $65/dose (3-dose series)

Meningococcal(Menactra) $90.00

Tetanus $20/dose

Tuberculin Testing: l-Step & 2-Step $10/test

Pneumovax will also be provided to those at high risk and/or 65 years and older for $18.00/dose - will bill Medicare.

Children MUST meet the VFC (Vaccines for Children) Program requirements, in order to receive immunizations through Teton CO Public Health Nursing. Please contact our office at (307) 733-6401, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, for further information.
