Foundation Plans
- Layout of foundation walls and concrete slab with dimensions.
- Size and location of footings, posts, beams, vents, access holes, and integral footings in slabs.
- Size and spacing of reinforcing in footings and walls. Walls should be shown in cross section with horizontal and vertical reinforcement clearly shown.
- Size, direction, and spacing of floor joists and/or girders.
- Anchor bolt size and spacing, as well as any special seismic, lateral load resisting, or other structural elements.
