Human Services Agencies

Systems of Care Code of Conduct

Systems of Care agencies have adopted and strive to live by the following Code of Conduct, which reflects the values and practices of the group. It was recognized early in the formation of the Systems of Care work that barriers, history, and competitiveness between agencies and individuals needed to be put aside; only then could the work of developing a Human Service system for the community become effective.

Belief Statement

The needs of the community are what drive the process of the Systems of Care.
