Human Services Agencies

The 2005 Cost Policy Statement identifies rationale and guidelines used by Systems of Care participants to report costs that are considered direct program costs and those that are considered program support costs (following the IRS 990 Form). The Statement was developed in order to make costs of work performed more uniform, allow for comparative costs between agencies, and cumulative costs across agencies.
