The Travel and Tourism board has released  sponsorship guidelines for the next round of funding. Please note new date restrictions for existing and new events. The categories are as follows:

1). Community Character, sponsorships up to $3,000.

2). Sports Event Programs (including Youth), sponsorships up to $20,000 depending on # of attendees

3). Major Events, Festivals and Coordinated Events Programs, sponsorship has no maximum amount

4). Legacy Events: Event must be in existence for 10 years or more, event must focus on activities central to Jackson Hole Brand and event must demonstrate both local and visitor participation. No Maximum amount.

Please review the sponsorship overview and guidelines carefully before submitting your application.

The Attorney General for the State of Wyoming has recently issued an opinion that may affect future event funding. We still encourage applying for event funding while we work to make adjustments to our process.

Producers should submit the required information electronically in PDF format to the Maureen Murphy at the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce no later than 5:00 p.m. Friday, February 24, 2017.  Applications that are received after the deadline will not be considered.  There will be two award cycles, one after the May TTB board meeting and the second after the October TTB board meeting. No awards will be approved prior to the full JHTTB budget approval by the Teton County Joint Powers Board.
